Sick Kid

Last night we went out to dinner with my grandparents a week late for my birthday because they where out of town on my birthday. So we went out of an early dinner Ryan didn't really eat anything. He has some chicken nuggets after therapy but that was about it. So we get home and Blaine picked up Ryan out of the truck because Ryan wanted him to carry him in the house. It all went down hill from there. Ryan threw up all over Blaine and himself. Blaine got him out of the truck just in time. Then Ryan kept throwing up all over the grass and he was catching some great air. We took him in and put him right into the tub. Ryan thought that he was in trouble and we kept telling him that he wasn't. Ryan was up most of the night dry heaving so that meant that I was up most of the night as well. He didn't go to school today and just lounged around today.

I am happy to report that Ryan is feeling better tonight. I have given him pretty bland food most of the day and didn't give him anything to heavy till tonight and he is doing great. He has even beaten up his dad so you know he is feeling better.

So the other night we had a YW/YM activity and my friend Ashley found out that I haven't taken any pictures of myself while I have been pregnant. To tell you the truth I think I have two from with I was pregnant with Ryan and one of me sitting while I was pregnant with Emily. Lets just say I don't think of it and I usually remember on the way to the hospital. So thank you Ashley for taking care of that for me. =0)
So this is me at 35 weeks after two baby showers and a yw/ym activity needless to say I went home and passed out.

Another baby update

I went to the Dr. again this week and not much has changed except my weight. I came home and told Blaine how much I had gone up and he was shocked and started making fun of me. He will pay for that later=0). SO I have dilated to a 2 now the baby is ready to come however the Dr. would still really like me to hold off till next weekend when I will be 36 weeks. I hope next week we can nail down a date a little better becasue now I am in constant pain with my back and can't take any of my good meds for it. There are sometimes I can't even walk becasue it is so bad. The only way I sleep is if I take a sleeping pill so I am deffenantly to the done stage. So we will see what this next week brings.

I did post about the year anniversary of Emily but I didn't post any pictures. Better late than never right. January 26th we did go out to the cemetery to put some new flowers when we got there we noticed that there was a couple of people who had also been by and left some flowers as well. So thank you to you who did that even though we don't know who you where we very much appreciate it. Ryan helped me cut down the stems of our flowers then we combined all the flowers. Time to update pictures

I have been bad about blogging lately. I haven't really been doing much of anything lately. Every Tuesday night Blaine has to drive to Tuscon he usually goes to the Tribune to pick up the Tuscon Explorer newspaper around 6:30 loads up then drives it to two different locations in Tuscon then drives home and on a good night if everything has gone good he is home around 1:00am ish. Today has kicked my butt. I have been having contractions like crazy but nothing close enough together that I want to go to the hospital. I decided to go and teach my bow class and got through that okay. Blaine decided that he was going to take Ryan with him for a daddy Ryan night. Blaine drive a 26foot truck when he delivers this stuff to Tuscon. Ryan LOVES riding in daddy's BIG TRUCK. Ryan has no school on Wednesday so I didn't care. It is now 11:46 a night and all is well with the boys on the road. They stopped and got McDonald's then later they stopped to get gas and got an ice cream cone and Ryan fell asleep 20 miles this side of Tuscon. After they got there and started to unload he woke up and is going strong again. Blaine took the DVD player with them and they haven't had to use it yet. We will see how the rest of the trip goes.

This isn't the greatest picture because it was dark and it's off of Blaine's cell phone. This is at Blaine's first stop he let Ryan lay on the bench seat while he was going to unload. It didn't last long till he woke up and wanted to help.

Baby Update

I had just a normal two week check up yesterday and I didn't actually see my Dr. but saw the nurse practitioner she was really nice and asked how things are going and all that kind of good stuff. I am now 33 weeks and told her that I have been feeling a lot of pressure. So they wanted to make sure that I wasn't loosing amniotic fluid and then they wanted to see if I was dilating. So hear are the results I am not loosing fluid. I haven't started to dilate but my cervix is very soft. They found some blood that has her concerned so I am going in for an ultrasound on Monday becasue on top of everything else I am measuring about a week and a half bigger than I should. I have another appointment on Tuesday to see my Dr. so we can hear what she has to say. They really want me to keep the baby in till I am 36 weeks and that would put me Feb. 28th but they are not sure if I will make it. So hopefully we will have more firm news for everyone on Tuesday. I am getting to the done stage so I am getting excited to finally see this little (big) kid who keeps ripping my insides to shreds.

How Cute

So tonight I got home from my bow class and Ryan was in the tub and then Blaine told him it was time to get out and Ryan said okay and lets get ice cream cone. So he got dressed and came downstairs got his ice cream cone and let me have the big tv. I was shocked he took his ice cream one up to his room and turned on a movie and that was the last we heard of him. When Blaine and I came upstairs we found this.

Here are some other fun stuff from today. A few days ago Ryan and I where at the store and we found some cookies so we got some to cook. He picked them out and I told him we would make them today. So after lunch I called him and asked him if he was ready to cook his cookies. He said yes and came running. The cute thing is he came downstairs wearing his tie.

He is so dang cute. Then we put the cookies in the oven and he had to watch them cook.

Before we put the cookies in we had to eat some of it so he is showing off that he was a huge wad of cookie in his hand.

Superbowl Sunday

We had a great Superbowl Sunday. I wasn't feeling the greatest not that I was sick but I just felt very big and it hurts to walk you know all the good stuff as you are coming to the end of being pregnant. So Blaine said why don't you stay home and he would take Ryan to church and then they would come home and get me and we would go to the party. So I let him after the shock was over of him offering to take him without me. I say this because Blaine usually finds a way to get out of going so I was very proud of him. After they got home we went to our friends house for a great Superbowl party we had tons of food and fun. There was about 10 kids including the babies and for the most part all the kids got along great. Ryan did really good I was shocked. I thought that we would have to take him down to my in laws house during half time but he didn't have anymore problems than any other of the kids. I didn't get any pictures except for this one and it was on my phone so it wasn't the best but it is still cute. Ryan would come in every once in a while to watch the game but mostly played with the kids.
